About CricketBet

CricketBet is a fixture desk for South African cricket followers who bet. Every page answers the same questions: when does the match start, what channel is it on, where does the series stand, who does the model pick, what is the best price from a licensed South African bookmaker, and how are the two sides going.

Fixtures, results and the SA20 log are read from ESPN's published cricket data every morning. TV listings come from SuperSport's own guide. Prices are read hourly from licensed South African bookmakers; the best price on a match is shown with the bookmaker's name, and it can change after we read it.

Form, head-to-head, the series score and the sentences under each match are counted from completed matches. The prediction on each match is a rating model's output, shown with its measured record; it is not advice, and nothing is written about a match that the data does not say.
